1. Edit the subject and body of your email.
2. Click the buttons to insert custom fields at the cursor position.
3. Use the text box next to the "Survey Link" button to change the text that will link to your survey.
4. Click the "Submit Email" button and VSurv will begin using your new email greeting.
5. Click the "Reset Email" button and VSurv will reset the text on the screen to the default email greeting.

How many hours should we wait to send this after receiving the survey response:
