We are always extremely satisfied with the care Tyger receives. We would not take our pets anywhere else. Both doctors are so kind and caring and the front office staff is always so welcoming - they know Tyger on sight and always make a big fuss over him. Makes me feel like a proud mama! (lol)

The entire staff is very friendly and efficient. We are always happy with the care and treatment of our animals. The icing on the cake is that the Doctors take the time to explain things and handle each one like they are special. We truly appreciate all of you!

The staff demonstrates a true sense of concern for my dog. They provide curtious service and a friendly demeanor. The price is fair for the great care provided. I drive thirty minutes to get care from this veterinarian team and thier staff. There are numerous vets. nearby but I drive there for the great care. Thank you !

I really like the office staff. They are very accomodating, especially Tina. Two things have happened recently that were odd: I called on a Friday around 4pm and got a recording stating the office was closed ( it wasn't) and I sent a message through the pet portal and never got a response. Overall, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet care.

The staff answered all my questions and put me at ease about leaving my new puppy overnight . Her ear crop looks wonderful, laser surgery is amazing! I was surprised when my doctor called and let me know how the surgery went . He let me know that if I have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to call. This was one of the most profession & friendlyiest offices. The waiting area was exceptionally clean and inviting. But, the staff is so quick I am sure most customers don't even get a chance to sit down. This pratice set the bar very high. Well worth the 45 minute drive. I was refer by another customer that was very satisfied and I will spread the word. Thanks again for all that you do.

The email that you sent me with this survey had the wrong name of the dog I brought in today. I love our doctor and she is the only reason I come to this clinic. The office staff is difficult to deal with and very non-accomodating. If she ever leaves, I will be going to where ever she goes.
